Specifically, the competent court shall be the City Court of Odense (Retten i Odense), Denmark.
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under mandatory applicable law.
11. Dispute Resolution

For consumers residing in the European Union, you may also submit a dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Alternatively, you may contact the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klagelosning) under the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen).
The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English or Danish, at the discretion of the competent authority or court.
12. Termination
Re-Rent ApS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or any part of the website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and without liability to you. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms of Use
- Conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, third parties, or the business interests of Re-Rent ApS

Upon termination, your right to use the website ceases immediately.
